Our Pet Policy

Kenridge Apartments welcomes both cats and dogs! Breed Restrictions apply. Weight limit is 50 pounds. No exotic pets or other types of pets are allowed. For each pet, with a maximum of two, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $400 for your first pet and $200 for the second, and pet rent of $20 per month. Please reach out to our leasing team for any questions!
